Guard Level 07324 DWSG Double Wiper Sight Glass mounted on a tank cargo hatch. This is
a valuable tool as back-up and also handy when stripping the tank.

Guard Level DFG, Guard Level Twin-2A and Guard Level MDS, Magnetic Dip Stick are
all fitted for safe loading of this phenol tank barge.

Here we start-up and commission a new tanker being built at Nakatani shipyard in
Japan. In the last 3-1/2 years we have delivered 13 tankers from Japanese yards,
all having complete Bergan systems.

External alarms for independent high level, overfill, tank pressure alarms and power
fail. Typically 24VDC and electric horn shown, but air-horn also available.

Bergan strobe-lights are reliable and provides for brilliant light output. Single
and dual strobe lights are available. Version shown is for safe area mounting.

Here is one of our latest development and this is the Bergan Guard Temp BCTU (Barge Cargo
Temperature Sensor) in conjunction with the PTDU (Portable Read-out Instrument Unit.
This eliminates messy manual thermometers and provides for fast and accurate cargo
temperature measurements.

steel version available. USCG and Class approved

International Workboat Show in 2006 introduced our branding strategy, implementing
the Bergan blue color of our logo into all products.

We can supply complete WIAS (Water Ingress Alarm Systems) for bulkers of all kinds.
Our system is fully type approved and all sensors can be tested and serviced from
the deck.

The latest MSC project Bergan was once more selcted by Nassco. This time the Lewis
and Clark series of ammunition ships got our Guard Level HPT series for ballast
and service tanks as well as CargoRadar for the cargo tanks. Complete system is
interfaced to Alsthom automation system (Modbus)and CargoMax load calculator.

We first fitted our Guard Level system to the MSC fleet back in the 80s. 18 T-AO
fleet oilers are so fitted.
|
With the new construction of the Bob Hope series of MSC ro-ro vessels Bergan was
once more selected to support this important project. Employing the simple and reliable
Guard Level HPT series TLI system allows easy installation and after sale service
for a low ownership cost.
